Accountable Leadership

The School Board has an obligation to provide oversight, establish clear priorities, and demand measurable results.

Board members should ask questions, review the facts, understand the financial consequences of their decisions, and hold District leadership accountable for performance.

Important decisions should not be driven by political trends, outside pressure, or ideology. They should be based on what produces the best educational outcomes for BHUSD students.

I believe the Board should establish measurable goals, regularly evaluate progress, communicate results to the community, and make changes when programs are not working.

Accountability also means being willing to explain decisions publicly and take responsibility for their consequences.

BHUSD deserves leadership that is thoughtful, independent, transparent, and relentlessly focused on measurable outcomes for students and the community.

Focused classrooms. Strong academics. Responsible leadership.
